About the show

Welcome to Self Care Club: The Midlife Edition. This is the newly rebranded podcast for women navigating everything midlife throws at you. From hormones and menopause to where are we with jeans (it's endlessly complicated) divorce, dating, confidence and everything in between. Hosted by Nicole Goodman and Lauren Mishcon, winners of a British Podcast Award, Self Care Club has amassed millions of downloads and released over 700 episodes together. Together, Nicole and Lauren have trialled every self care fad, fix and fantasy going, and now they're turning six years of hard won experience into useful conversations that truly help midlife women. Expect honest, funny, genuinely useful conversations, doctors and experts brought in to explain the science, and the reassurance that you're not the only one googling your symptoms at 2am. If you're looking for a menopause podcast, a midlife podcast for women, or simply a funny, honest take on your 40s and 50s, you've found your people.
