About the show

The Sandwich Club is a podcast for women in the middle — the ones holding it all together while being pulled in every direction. Kids, ageing parents, work, money, relationships, changing bodies... and the quiet question of “is this it?” Hosted by two midlife women with different lives but a shared sense of humour, this is not a self-improvement podcast and it’s not a crisis either. It’s real conversations about the long middle — what’s shifting, what’s surprising, what’s quietly hard, and what’s unexpectedly freeing. There’s laughter, honesty, the occasional uncomfortable truth, and a lot of recognition. If you’ve ever felt stretched, slightly invisible, or wondering what comes next — you’re not alone. Welcome to The Sandwich Club.
