I'm David Boyle. Australian comedian. Brutal alcoholic. On the day I quit drinking I hit record on a podcast. I haven't missed a day since. Blackouts, arrests, destruction — 20 years of booze soaked mayhem processed one day at a time. No script. No filter. No drinks. Just the brutal honest reality of what giving up alcohol actually looks like from Day 1. Thousands of episodes. Seven years. Not one day missed. If you want a raw unfiltered insight into the real journey of sobriety and recovery — not the glossy version, not the clinical version, just the honest human truth — this is it. If you're thinking about quitting alcohol, already on your sobriety journey, or just sober curious — start at Episode 1 and come along for the ride. Some of you will get something out of it.
