About the show
ざおかぼ/にのと農園代表の二ノ戸新太（にのとしんた）です。
山形市の蔵王地区で、化学肥料や農薬を使わない方法で野菜づくりしています。
メインで栽培しているのは、やまがた伝統野菜の「蔵王(ざおう)かぼちゃ」
「食べるものに困ったときに植えなさい」
80年前、そう言って嫁ぐ娘に母が渡したひとつの種。
そこから始まった、蔵王かぼちゃの物語。
この番組では食、文化、地方、そして未来についてを、ひとつの“種”を起点に考えていきたいと思います。
