Kent Rollins is a cowboy and has been a chuck wagon cook for over 30 years, cooking for ranches all across America. You might’ve seen him on Food Network’s Chopped Grill Masters, Cast Iron Cowboy on the Outdoor channel, or alongside his wife, and cookbook co-author, Shannon, on their YouTube show with over 3.4 Million subscribers, where they share the humor and history behind cowboy philosophy. Whether you’re looking for authentic tales from a real-world cowboy, wisdom from way out West, or some of Kent’s famous cast iron cooking tips (and his legendary cowboy coffee recipe), you’ve found it here.
