  • Morality and Growth

    October 3, 2026 · 10 min

A common error in the church is assuming unbelievers share Christian moral standards and simply need Christ “added” to their lives. Scripture teaches the opposite: fallen man is at enmity with God and requires regeneration, not…

  • Taxation

    September 29, 2026 · 38 min

  • State Interest Versus Public Interest

    September 26, 2026 · 18 min

  • The Open Face of Religion

    September 19, 2026 · 9 min

  • Nationalism

    September 15, 2026 · 6 min

Nationalism may seem irrational to modern thinkers, but history does not move by abstract reason or intellectual plans. Efforts to impose internationalism or a one-world order consistently provoke the opposite result: renewed nationalism…

  • The New Tower of Babel

    September 12, 2026 · 11 min

The Tower of Babel was mankind’s first attempt at a one-world order: unified humanity, centralized power, and self-appointed authority replacing God. Its goal was not cooperation but control man declaring independence from God and…

  • No God, No Law

    September 8, 2026 · 17 min

When God is rejected, law loses its foundation and is replaced by power and planning. Early America functioned with minimal government because self-governing Christian conscience restrained society; modern states, having denied God’s…

  • The State as the Embodiment of Morality

    September 5, 2026 · 6 min

Modern political thought has increasingly replaced God with the state as the source of morality. Influenced by thinkers like Hegel, Rousseau, and Marx, the state is now seen as the voice of history, reason, and moral progress, while…

  • Serbia, The United States, and Christianity

    September 1, 2026 · 6 min

About the show

Our faith should be an informed one because the God who created all things speaks to every sphere of life, and all facts should be studied in light of the revelation of God in Scripture. This is the foundation of Christian dominion. For R. J. Rushdoony, true government was the self-government of the Christian life in terms of God's law, so he wrote his position papers to better equip Christians to apply their faith to all of life. His objective was not to empower the state, or the organized church, but rather to call every person and institution to God's Word, which often put him at odds with both church and state.
